The Space & Amenities

• Bedrooms & Baths: 2 bedrooms (Master King downstairs, guest room upstairs), 1.5 baths, and a laundry room.

• Living & Dining: Bright, open living area overlooking the creek, a well-stocked kitchen with a granite island (seating for 3), and a dining area (seating for 4).

• Outdoors: Covered front porch with rocking chairs and an outdoor dining area for 6.

• On-Site Fun: Fire pit with seating between the house and creek, a gas BBQ and cornhole area, and a creek-front area equipped with chairs, floats, a paddle board, and catch-and-release fishing (permit required). Low-flow creek conditions apply due to local weather.

• Parking: 2-car carport and a front parking pad for up to 4 vehicles total. Secured by a private gate with an access-only camera.

• We require that all guests complete our pre check-in process prior to their stay. To finalize your booking we do have a contract and waiver that will need your acknowledgment and signature to complete the check-in process. A link for the contract will be sent once the booking has been accepted.
